Experience Decision Intelligence With Your Own Data.
A scoped pilot on a real decision, with your systems and your numbers — so the value is measured, not promised.
From first conversation to a measured result.
We agree on the decision the pilot is meant to improve.
Which systems hold the data, and in what shape it arrives.
One scoped use case with a clear success measure.
Environment, connections and access, in your deployment model.
Models and decision logic fitted to your operation.
Outcomes reviewed against the measure agreed up front.
A decision to widen the scope — taken on evidence.
Store replenishment, scoped as a pilot.
One recurring decision, the systems it needs and the measures agreed up front. Your pilot is scoped the same way around your own decision.
The decision
Which stores get stock this week: transfer between stores and the distribution centre, or a new purchase.
What is connected
POS sales, store and warehouse stock from the ERP, supplier lead times and the promotion calendar — read-only.
What runs automatically
A daily signal on stock cover starts the replenishment workflow; the supply chain agent compares options, the planner is notified and approves in the Veraius app.
Measured from day one
Store-days out of stock, share of needs met by transfer instead of purchase, and the time from signal to approved decision — agreed before the pilot starts.
What you keep
A working workflow on your own data, the measurement report, and a decision on whether to widen the scope — taken on evidence.
Tell us the decision that is hardest to get right.
The more you tell us about the systems and the problem, the more precisely we can scope the pilot before we speak.
- A single, clearly scoped use case
- A success measure agreed before we start
- Your deployment model: on-premise, private cloud or hybrid
- A results review with the team who ran it
What your teams gain from Veraius agents.
Budget against reality
Planned and actual spend are compared by cost centre, and variances above your threshold are escalated with their cause.
See the Finance agents SalesKnow which lead is worth the call
Inbound leads are scored hot, warm or cold from their behaviour and fit, and routed to the right owner.
See the Sales agents ManufacturingCapacity against orders
Open orders are compared with available capacity so delivery risk shows before a due date is missed.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about integrations, deployment, security and cost — including where the honest answer is "it depends".
Ask your own questionWhat does a pilot involve?
One real decision, made repeatedly, on live data, with the action taken and the outcome measured. A decision intelligence pilot run on extracted history in an environment where nothing is at stake tests whether a model can fit a pattern, which was never seriously in doubt.
How long does a pilot run, and how is success measured?
Eight weeks, against criteria written before it starts: a number, a threshold and a date. Criteria written afterwards are always met, because the result becomes the criterion — and a pilot that always succeeds never informed a decision.
What if the pilot does not meet its targets?
You read it rather than repeat it. A pilot that failed on data timeliness has told you the integration is the project; one that failed on adoption has told you the output arrives in the wrong form or at the wrong moment. Both findings are worth the eight weeks.
Which decision is best suited to a pilot?
One made at least weekly, reversible, and with a bounded set of possible actions. Weekly matters because it produces eight observations in eight weeks; a monthly decision gives two, and two of anything is an anecdote.
