The Problem

The problem is not data.
It is the decision mechanism.

From Data to Decision

Understand. Predict. Decide. Act.

Traditional analytics tells you what happened. Veraius helps you understand why, predict what happens next, and decide what to do about it.

01 Connect

ERP, POS, MES, WMS, CRM and IoT — into one place.

02 Understand

Operational data related and put in business context.

03 Predict

Demand, stock, production and performance, ahead of time.

04 Decide

Decision models and AI weigh the options with you.

05 Act

Decisions executed through workflow and automation.

The Platform

One platform. Every decision.

Veraius connects to the systems you already run, brings the data into one place, and turns it into decisions with their reasoning attached.

Why Veraius

Beyond analytics. Into decisions.

Every category of tool answers a different question. Only one of them answers the question a manager actually has to act on.

Reporting

How It Works

One question, a full decision chain.

This is not a conceptual diagram. It is the pipeline that runs behind every answer: planning, parallel specialists, review, grounding in your own data, and an honesty check before anything reaches you.

User Question A question in plain language.
Clarity Gate Ambiguous? It asks back before guessing.
Intent & Router Routes the question to the right domains.
Planner Splits the goal into sub-tasks.
Parallel Specialists Domain agents run concurrently.
Reviewer Checks the specialists’ output.
Grounding Every claim tied back to your own data.
Synthesis One answer, streamed live.
Honesty & Confidence Says “I don’t know” when the data does not support an answer.
Decision Reasoned, sourced, actionable.
Industries

Built for two verticals, deeply.

Manufacturing

Make smarter production decisions.

  • What should we produce, and when?
  • Which materials are at risk?
  • Which machine is likely to fail next?
  • Where are margins being lost?
Explore Manufacturing
Retail

Make smarter retail decisions.

  • What will sell, in which store?
  • Where is stock-out risk building?
  • What happens if we change the price?
  • Which promotion is actually profitable?
Explore Retail
Technology

Enterprise intelligence. Built for your data.

Deployment

Runs entirely on your own hardware if that is what you need.

Production data describes your yields, your costs and your customers. For many manufacturers the deciding question is not what the model can do — it is where the data goes. Veraius answers that: the entire platform, including the reasoning layer, can run inside your own network.

On-Premise

Everything inside your network: the models, the retrieval index and the decision layer. No operational data crosses your boundary, and no external service is required for the platform to answer.

Private Cloud

Your own tenant in your own cloud account, under your existing identity, network and compliance controls.

Hybrid

Keep the sensitive systems on-premise and run the rest where it is cheaper to operate. The split is yours to draw.

When do you need a decision intelligence platform?

If your reports are accurate but decisions are still made in meetings, what is missing is not data. The same question is debated every week, the answer depends on who is in the room, and six months later nobody remembers why it was decided that way.

Closing exactly that gap is what a decision intelligence platform is for: turning a forecast into a recommendation, and a recommendation into a record that carries its reasoning. A dashboard shows you what happened; a decision system tells you what to do and brings the reasoning behind it along.

Whether this is solved by a system or by a disciplined spreadsheet is a measurable question, and the answer is not the same for every company. Let us look at one recurring decision of yours together in thirty minutes — whatever comes out of it does not require working with us.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is decision intelligence?

Decision intelligence is the layer that turns analysis into a specific recommended action, with the reasoning attached. Reporting tells you what happened, analytics explains why, and predictive analytics estimates what will happen next. Decision intelligence answers the question that actually requires someone to act: what should we do about it. The practical difference is that the output is a proposed decision a person can approve, reject or amend — not a chart they still have to interpret.

How is this different from a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau?

A BI tool visualises data and leaves the decision entirely to you. Veraius carries the chain further: it relates data across your operational systems, forecasts what is coming, proposes a specific action, records who approved it and why, and can execute it. If your teams already look at dashboards and then argue about what to do, that gap is the part this addresses. BI and decision intelligence are complementary rather than competing — most customers keep their BI tooling.

Which industries is Veraius built for?

Manufacturing and retail, specifically. The decision models, the data connectors and the questions the product is organised around are built for those two sectors. It is not sold as a general-purpose analytics platform for other industries — that focus is deliberate, because a demand forecast that understands promotions, seasonality and production capacity is a different thing from a generic time-series model.

Does our data have to leave our own infrastructure?

No. Veraius can be deployed entirely on-premise, in your private cloud, or as a hybrid. This was an architectural constraint from the start rather than a deployment option added later, because decision intelligence necessarily reaches the most sensitive operational and commercial data a company holds. If your organisation cannot send production or pricing data to a third-party cloud, that does not rule this out.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many systems are connected and how clean the underlying data is, so we do not publish a single figure — any vendor who quotes one without seeing your estate is guessing. What we can say is that Veraius reads from the systems you already run rather than replacing them, so there is no migration project in the way. The agent-readiness assessment on this site gives an honest indication of how much preparatory work your data foundation will need.

How much does Veraius cost?

Pricing is not published, because it depends on deployment model, the number of systems connected and the scope of decisions automated. Commercial terms are quoted per engagement. Contact us for a figure specific to your situation rather than a range that would not apply to you.
