By accessing or using the Veraius AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
Veraius provides a platform for deploying and coordinating AI decision agents, connecting enterprise data sources, and applying security and governance controls according to your subscription.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Veraius platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
5. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise plans include a 99.999% uptime SLA. Details of SLA terms, credits, and exclusions are provided in your enterprise agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Veraius AI's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
