Ready connectors for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, PostgreSQL and MySQL, plus your other databases and Excel files.

What it does

It reads, it notices, it brings it to you for approval.

It works on top of the systems you already run. Instead of waiting for a report, you see the problem and its likely fix together.

Approval in Veraius

Every action waits in one approval box with its reasoning and evidence. You always have the final say.

Signal→Workflow→Agent→Rules→Approval→Written to ERP

A multi-step decision chain

The signal starts the workflow, an agent gathers the evidence and your rules weigh the options. Once approved, the result is written to your ERP in one go.

Agentic Resource Planning

Your ERP keeps the record. Agents prepare the plan.

Agentic Resource Planning puts a layer of AI agents on top of the ERP you already run. They watch inventory, capacity, cash and staffing, prepare the decision with its reasoning, and write it back once you approve.

  1. 1ReadsERP data, on a schedule
  2. 2Noticesa threshold or a shift
  3. 3Preparesa reasoned recommendation
  4. 4Writes backafter your approval
Decision automation

A signal arrives, the workflow starts by itself.

You decide what matters. The moment a threshold is crossed, the right agent gathers the evidence, your rules weigh the options and the recommendation reaches you before anyone opens a report.

AI agents

The agent prepares, your team decides.

AI agents read your data, compare the options and present their recommendation with the reasoning. No step that posts a record or makes a payment goes ahead without your team’s approval.

I recommend transferring 400 units of X from DC-2 to Store 18. No new purchase is needed.

Reasoning: weekend demand +14%, supplier lead time may stretch to 6 days, idle stock at DC-2.

How you start

From the first connection to a measured result, in four steps.

You start with a single recurring decision. The scope grows as the result is measured.

STEP 01

Connect

We connect to your ERP and other systems with ready connectors.

  • Ready connectorsSAP, Oracle, Salesforce, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL and Excel.
  • Starts without touching your dataWe start with read access; it can run fully on-premise if you prefer.
STEP 02

Define the signal

You decide which situation starts which workflow; ready templates help you begin.

  • Scheduled readsData is read every day or every hour.
  • Data becomes a meaningful signalSuch as falling stock, a cash gap or maintenance risk.
STEP 03

The agent prepares

The signal starts the workflow by itself; the right agent prepares the options with their reasoning.

  • With evidenceEvery recommendation shows which data it came from.
  • Your rules applyYour company policies and approval limits are applied at every step.
STEP 04

Approve and measure

The prepared action waits for your approval in Veraius, with its reasoning and evidence. Its impact is measured after the decision.

  • Posted to your system in one goThe approved action reaches your ERP without duplicate records.
  • Audit trailWho approved what, and why, is on record.

Integrations

All your systems, one decision layer.

It does not replace your ERP; it works on top of it. It reads your data without changing it and writes back only the action you approve, in one go. It can run fully on-premise.

Stop waiting for the report. Make the decision on time.

In the free assessment we look at your data together and set out, in concrete terms, the decision most ready for automation and the gain to expect.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about integrations, deployment, security and cost — including where the honest answer is "it depends".

Ask your own question
What is decision intelligence?

Decision intelligence is the layer that turns analysis into a specific recommended action, with the reasoning attached. Reporting tells you what happened, analytics explains why, and predictive analytics estimates what will happen next. Decision intelligence answers the question that actually requires someone to act: what should we do about it. The practical difference is that the output is a proposed decision a person can approve, reject or amend — not a chart they still have to interpret.

What is decision automation, and how does Veraius do it?

Decision automation means a recurring decision runs without someone first noticing the problem. Veraius reads your systems on a schedule, turns the data into signals, and a signal starts the workflow you assigned to it. An AI agent prepares the options with their reasoning, the right person is notified and approves in the Veraius app, and the action is written back to your ERP exactly once, with the whole chain kept in the audit trail.

How is this different from a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau?

A BI tool visualises data and leaves the decision entirely to you. Veraius carries the chain further: it relates data across your operational systems, forecasts what is coming, proposes a specific action, records who approved it and why, and can execute it. If your teams already look at dashboards and then argue about what to do, that gap is the part this addresses. BI and decision intelligence are complementary rather than competing — most customers keep their BI tooling.

Does our data have to leave our own infrastructure?

No. Veraius can be deployed entirely on-premise, in your private cloud, or as a hybrid. This was an architectural constraint from the start rather than a deployment option added later, because decision intelligence necessarily reaches the most sensitive operational and commercial data a company holds. If your organisation cannot send production or pricing data to a third-party cloud, that does not rule this out.

Does it work with Logo, Netsis, Mikro or SAP?

Yes. Veraius reads from the ERP you already run — Logo Tiger and j-Platform, Netsis, Mikro, Canias, Nebim, SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle and others — alongside POS, CRM, MES and MRP systems. Nothing is migrated and the ERP stays the system of record; the first integration is almost always the ERP, because it holds the order history every forecast depends on.
