Industries

Decision intelligence for every industry that runs on data.

Every sector runs on different decisions, different data and different clocks. Veraius reasons over the systems each one actually uses — and goes deepest where we have built full playbooks: Manufacturing and Retail.

Deep-Dive Playbooks

Same platform. Different decisions.

Manufacturing

Make smarter production decisions.

  • What should we produce, and when?
  • Which capacity should we use?
  • Which materials are at risk?
  • Which machine is likely to fail next?
  • Where are margins being lost?
  • Which line carries elevated quality risk?

Retail

Make smarter retail decisions.

  • What should we sell, and where?
  • What price should we set?
  • Where is stock-out risk building?
  • What will sales look like next week?
  • Which promotion is actually profitable?
  • Why is a store underperforming?

Why Vertical Depth

A generic model cannot answer a specific question.

Depth is not a marketing claim — it is what makes a recommendation actionable. A system that does not know what a bill of materials or a store cluster is can describe your data, but it cannot reason about your decision.

The domain model is built in

Work orders, routings, BOMs, SKUs, store clusters and planograms are first-class concepts — not columns to be guessed at during a workshop.

The source systems are known

ERP, MES, WMS, POS, SCM and IoT feeds each carry their own semantics. Veraius integrates them as the systems they are, not as anonymous tables.

The decision clock differs

A production schedule moves in shifts; a price moves in days; a replenishment moves overnight. Each vertical gets a cadence that matches how it actually operates.

The questions are pre-shaped

Every vertical arrives with its recurring decision problems already modelled, so the first useful answer does not wait on a bespoke analytics project.

The reasoning is inspectable

Recommendations carry the drivers and the data behind them, so a planner can agree, disagree, or overrule with the reasoning in front of them.

The deployment fits the sector

Plant-floor and retail data often cannot leave the building. Veraius runs on-premise, in a private cloud, or hybrid — wherever the data is allowed to live.

Integrations

Connects to the systems you already run.

ERP, MRP and MES, POS, CRM, e-commerce, payments, databases, office suites and CAD — 218 systems and counting. Read-first by default: Veraius analyses in place and writes back only through approved workflows.

Shared Foundation

Vertical on the surface, one platform underneath.

Every industry runs the same decision pipeline: connect the systems, understand the context, predict what comes next, decide with the reasoning attached, and act through workflow.

01 Connect

ERP, POS, MES, WMS, CRM and IoT — into one place.

02 Understand

Operational data related and put in business context.

03 Predict

Demand, stock, production and performance, ahead of time.

04 Decide

Decision models and AI weigh the options with you.

05 Act

Decisions executed through workflow and automation.

Veraius agents

What your teams gain from Veraius agents.

In every department

  • Agents prepare the work on your own data; your people approve what happens next
  • Plain-language questions answered from live ERP data, with tables and interactive charts
  • Grounding check: numbers that cannot be traced to a source are not shown
  • Explainability, confidence and risk scores with decision rationale
  • Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Signal channels with an approval inbox
  • Department-based access policy with personal data masking

Which industries does Veraius serve?

Fifteen, from manufacturing, retail and logistics to energy, financial services, healthcare and the public sector. The engine is the same in each: it reads the systems the sector already runs and turns them into decisions. What changes is the data model, the vocabulary and the cadence — a retail demand signal moves in days, a manufacturing order book in months — so each sector is configured on its own data rather than on a generic template.

What do manufacturing and retail have in common?

The shape of the problem. Both hold inventory against uncertain demand, both have a supplier whose lead time is a distribution rather than a number, and both make the same decision repeatedly under time pressure. The engine is the same; what differs is the data model, the vocabulary and the cadence.

We operate in both manufacturing and retail. Does that complicate things?

It usually helps. A manufacturer with its own retail channel sees demand twice — once as orders, once as sell-through — and the second is a leading indicator of the first. Most organisations in that position have never connected the two because the systems that hold them report to different functions.

Is Veraius a fit for every sector?

It fits where the core decisions are operational: stock, capacity, pricing, cash, staffing, maintenance, risk. Where a decision is clinical or legally reserved to a person, Veraius prepares the evidence and the record, and the decision stays with that person. We would rather say so than sell a fit that is not there.
