The Platform

One Platform for Better Business Decisions.

Six components, one decision core. Veraius connects your operational systems, understands them in business context, predicts what happens next, and turns that into decisions your teams can act on.

Architecture

Every source feeds one decision core.

Veraius does not replace your systems. It sits above them, reads from them, and gives the business a single place where decisions are made.

The Pipeline

Connect. Understand. Predict. Decide. Act.

The same five steps run behind every component of the platform.

01 Connect

ERP, POS, MES, WMS, CRM and IoT — into one place.

02 Understand

Operational data related and put in business context.

03 Predict

Demand, stock, production and performance, ahead of time.

04 Decide

Decision models and AI weigh the options with you.

05 Act

Decisions executed through workflow and automation.

Deployment

Runs where your data is allowed to live.

On-Premise Private Cloud Hybrid

On-Premise

The whole platform, including the models, inside your own data centre. Nothing leaves your network.

Private Cloud

A dedicated tenant in your cloud account, under your identity provider and your security policy.

Hybrid

Sensitive data and models stay on-premise while the rest of the platform runs in the cloud.

Veraius agents

What your teams gain from Veraius agents.

In every department

  • Agents prepare the work on your own data; your people approve what happens next
  • Plain-language questions answered from live ERP data, with tables and interactive charts
  • Grounding check: numbers that cannot be traced to a source are not shown
  • Explainability, confidence and risk scores with decision rationale
  • Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Signal channels with an approval inbox
  • Department-based access policy with personal data masking

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about integrations, deployment, security and cost — including where the honest answer is "it depends".

Ask your own question
Which industries is Veraius built for?

Fifteen industries, from manufacturing, retail and logistics to energy, financial services, healthcare and the public sector. Each is configured on its own data and decisions rather than a generic template — a demand forecast that understands promotions, seasonality and production capacity is a different thing from a generic time-series model. Manufacturing and retail have the deepest ready-made playbooks.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many systems are connected and how clean the underlying data is, so we do not publish a single figure — any vendor who quotes one without seeing your estate is guessing. What we can say is that Veraius reads from the systems you already run rather than replacing them, so there is no migration project in the way. The agent-readiness assessment on this site gives an honest indication of how much preparatory work your data foundation will need.

How much does Veraius cost?

Pricing is not published, because it depends on deployment model, the number of systems connected and the scope of decisions automated. Commercial terms are quoted per engagement. Contact us for a figure specific to your situation rather than a range that would not apply to you.

What does the platform actually consist of?

Six components: Decision Intelligence (the reasoning layer), Decision Cockpit (the operating view), Predictive Analytics (forecasting and anomaly detection), AI (natural-language analytics grounded in your data), Data Intelligence (connecting ERP, MES, POS, WMS, CRM and IoT), and Decision Automation (the path from signal to executed action). Each is useful on its own; together they close the loop between data you already have and the action someone finally takes.

Do we have to replace our ERP or existing systems?

No. Veraius reads from the systems you already run and sits on top as a decision layer. Data stays in the systems that own it. This is deliberate: a decision platform that requires a migration project first will not be adopted, and the migration usually costs more than the platform.

Can a recommendation be explained, or is it a black box?

Every recommendation carries its reasoning: the inputs at the time, the alternatives considered, and the constraint that was binding. Decision logic is explicit and multi-criteria rather than a single opaque score, so a planner can disagree with a specific part of it. This is a hard requirement of the design — an explanation nobody can argue with is not an explanation.

What happens when someone rejects a recommendation?

The rejection is captured as data, with a reason. This matters more than it sounds: a planner who consistently overrides a suggestion and is consistently right knows something the model cannot see. If rejections are not recorded, that expertise evaporates and the system never improves. It is the most common gap in this category and the least often asked about during evaluations.
