Security

Enterprise Security. By Design.

Your data. Your infrastructure. Your control.

Security Architecture

Built into the platform, not layered over it.

Decision intelligence reaches the most sensitive data an operation holds. That constraint shaped the architecture from the start.

Identity & Access Management

Central identity, session control and enforced re-authentication, integrated with your directory.

Role-Based Access Control

Permissions resolved per role and per department, down to which data a question is allowed to reach.

Single Sign-On

SSO through your existing identity provider, with MFA policy enforced where you enforce it.

Encryption

Encryption in transit and at rest, with key material managed in your own environment.

Audit Logs

Append-only records of access, changes and decisions — who asked, what was returned, and on what data.

Data Governance

Classification, lineage and a business glossary, so sensitive fields are known and treated as such.

Data Isolation

Tenant scoping enforced in the data layer, so one tenant cannot observe another.

Backup

Scheduled backups with retention you define, held wherever your policy requires.

Disaster Recovery

Documented restore procedures and recovery objectives agreed with you before go-live.

Monitoring

Continuous telemetry over access patterns, model calls and system health, with alerting into your tooling.

Deployment Options

The data does not have to leave to be useful.

On-Premise Private Cloud Hybrid

On-Premise

The full platform, including local language models, inside your network. No operational data crosses the boundary.

Private Cloud

An isolated environment in your own cloud tenancy and chosen region, under your existing cloud controls.

Hybrid

Regulated data and models stay local while other workloads run elsewhere, with the split defined by your policy.

Compliance

Designed to support the obligations you already carry.

Veraius is built so that your own compliance programme can extend over it. We describe what the platform does; your auditors judge it against your framework.

  • Access control, audit trails and data classification aligned with common enterprise security frameworks.
  • Data subject request handling, retention and erasure workflows to support privacy obligations such as GDPR.
  • Deployment options that let data residency be decided by your policy rather than ours.
  • Architecture and control documentation provided for your security review before any pilot begins.

We describe capability and architecture on this page. For the current status of any specific certification or attestation, ask us directly and we will answer in writing.

Controls In Order

What a request passes through before it reaches your data.

Security is not a page in a questionnaire. These are the checks in the path itself, in the order they run.

Veraius agents

What your teams gain from Veraius agents.

In every department

  • Agents prepare the work on your own data; your people approve what happens next
  • Plain-language questions answered from live ERP data, with tables and interactive charts
  • Grounding check: numbers that cannot be traced to a source are not shown
  • Explainability, confidence and risk scores with decision rationale
  • Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Signal channels with an approval inbox
  • Department-based access policy with personal data masking

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about integrations, deployment, security and cost — including where the honest answer is "it depends".

Ask your own question
Can Veraius run entirely on-premise?

Yes. On-premise, private cloud and hybrid are all supported, and customer data does not have to leave your infrastructure at any point. Encryption keys are managed in your own environment. For organisations under data-residency requirements or with a policy against sending operational data to third-party clouds, this is the configuration to ask about.

How is access to sensitive data controlled?

Role-based access control is resolved per role and per department, down to which data a given question is permitted to reach — so a question asked by someone in one department cannot return figures they are not entitled to see. Identity integrates with your existing directory and SSO provider, with MFA enforced where you enforce it.

Is there an audit trail?

Yes, and it is append-only: who asked, what was returned, on what data, and for a decision, who approved it and what the inputs were at that moment. This is a requirement of the product rather than a compliance add-on — a recommendation you cannot reconstruct after the fact is one you cannot defend.

How do you handle KVKK and GDPR?

Personal data stays where your policy puts it: with an on-premise deployment it never leaves your infrastructure, and external language models are used only if you configure them. Personal fields are masked for roles not cleared to see them, every question and decision is logged, and the data processing terms are agreed with your compliance team rather than handed over as a template.
