Draft for legal review. This text is a structured starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by your legal counsel before publishing and adapt it to your jurisdiction, your legal entity and your actual data practices.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Veraius. This policy covers personal data the site collects. It does not cover data processed inside a customer’s own Veraius deployment: when the platform runs on the customer’s infrastructure, the customer is the controller of that data and the customer’s own policy applies.

What we collect

Only what you send us. The forms on the site ask for your name, work email and company, with optional fields for phone, role, industry and a message. No part of the site requires an account, and we never ask for payment details.

What is recorded automatically

When a form is submitted we store the page it was submitted from and the referring source, so we can tell which content the enquiry came from. The web server also keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a demo, pilot or assessment call, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Where the law requires consent before we send marketing, we ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Legal basis

For replying to an enquiry you started, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract is formed. For security logs and preventing abuse of the forms, the basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working. Where the basis is consent, consent is asked for explicitly.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted sooner.

Who else sees it

Enquiries go to the Veraius team. Data may pass through the providers who host this site and deliver its email; they process it only on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

Where it is processed

Where processing takes place outside your jurisdiction, it is done under the safeguards the applicable law requires. If where the data sits matters to you, say so in your enquiry: the platform itself can be deployed entirely on your own infrastructure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for it in a portable form. Requests are answered within the period the applicable law sets.

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection, form endpoints are rate-limited against abuse, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it.

Cookies

Cookies are described separately in the Cookie Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version in force is the one published here. To exercise a right or ask about this policy, use the contact page.
